Education News Colorado would like to thank its sponsors for supporting us in bringing comprehensive education coverage to the Centennial State:
The Colorado Education Association
CEA is a voluntary membership organization of 40,000 K-12 teachers and education support professionals, students preparing to become teachers, higher education faculty and support professionals, and retired educators. For more than 135 years, our mission has been to promote quality public education and to advocate for the professional interests of public education employees. Our members belong to 200 local associations, and we are affiliated with the National Education Association.
Our organization’s work focuses on four strategic goals: leading the transformation of Colorado’s public education system; creating a learning environment in every public school that helps prepare students for a successful transition into the economy and our global society; achieving sustainable funding for our statewide public school system; and building our organizational infrastructure to support our mission and maximize our resources.
